[EDIT] Grrr, I saw so many typos so I'll type the stuff here:
Both of Evelyn Papillon's parents are dead. Of course, this is nothig unusual. The world she lives in is in an age of war. When Eve decides to join one of the two sides of the civil war, her intentions were to help people who had lost their families. She never expected to be thrown into a world of conspiracy, bribery, coruptness, assassination, and secrets.
Eve has just been rescued from the fake ball by Adam! Together, they must make it through the forest, the only way out of the castle. Eve is unsure of what to feel at this point. On one hand, she is deeply in love with Adam. On the other, he is on the opposite side of the war, therefore making them enemies! Alone in the forest together, will there be confessions or disasters? Will they find out what really happened at the party?
Find out all this, and more in volume 4 of Dear Darkest Heartbeat

Phew, it's done! =_= man, this took alot out of me
This is featuring formally unintroduced characters from a real story I'm making, but not with this title. This is supposedly a book cover for a contest held by *telophase Frankly, I don't think I'll win, but here's hoping!!!
P.S.- Should I make a different one? This one feels off somehow....
Nice, you actually made a manga cover. o.o I'm too much of a syndicated-comic person myself... I'm currently trying to make characters for a webcomic in a completely different style that is unfamiliar to me, but much easier to work with.
And I think I'll try and put a contest in my journal soon, too.
Yay! Do you like this or Whimsical Faraway Winter's cover better?
I wanna finish at least one chapter in PPPC before turning it into a webcomic But when I read what I've done so far, it didn't flow, it went too fast, too many things were unexplained, it was confusing, and it looked overall crappy as well =______=

My art is kinda crappy too, but the secret to poorly explained things is either to explain them better, or have a "prologue" chapter to describe what must be described. That's why I'll do.
